The Madison County Basketball Tournament is postponed to Tuesday. Girls and Boys Varsity will play at Frankton 6/7:30pm.

Alumni here we go!
Our vision is to make this more than just an alumni game! We will make this tournament style with bragging rights! After we get all the participants, we will split the teams into either two or four teams depending on the amount that sign up! If you graduated from APA then you are guaranteed a spot and if you played for the team at some point then you will be used to fill open roster spots.
Our goal is to select teams by who played together during their high school career so as to play for bragging rights! It’s up to you to make this tournament happen and set your teams so go get your teammates to contact Coach Fathauer ASAP! Email him at rfathauer@goapa.org.

Last night our APA Jets faced off with cross-town rival, Liberty Christian. Your Jets ended up falling in the final minutes 57-59, but our heart was in it. We now stand at 5-2 for the season. You can catch our next girls and boys varsity games at Frankton on 1/6.

Senior, David Moody has passed his PHP Certification Exam in Computer Science!! Passing with 11% over the minimum score! He will receive a frame with the certification on Awards Day at the end of the school year.

We are so thankful for our families that braved the snow and joined us for our Grinchy Good Night of Reading! Cadets and families enjoyed fun Grinch themed literacy games, learned how to use AI, and enjoyed goodies at the Who Cafe as they hunted for the missing ornaments. Many Grinchy prizes were earned and lots of holiday shopping happened at the Penguin Holiday Shop too! Everyone had a fantastic time!

Our K-2 Cadets at 22nd put on a wonderful Holiday Music and Art Show last week that left us all feeling in the holiday spirit. Mrs. Hoesman created an art display to showcase winter themed art made by these 9 classes. Mrs. Main worked with our cadets to bring some of our holiday favorites to life including Jingle Bells in English and in Spanish, Let it Go, and more!
